Operator and agreement

These terms govern your use of DivvLaunches, operated by Divv Saxena. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to divv@divvlaunches.com.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Google is used to verify your identity, while DivvLaunches manages your application session. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your Google account.

Product submissions

You retain ownership of your products and submitted content. You grant DivvLaunches a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display submitted names, descriptions, logos, screenshots, and links to operate and promote the listing and service. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this permission.

Moderation

We may review, reject, edit for formatting, hide, reschedule, or remove submissions when reasonably necessary for quality, safety, law, or platform integrity. Approval and placement are not guaranteed.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful products or content.
• Malware, credential theft, spam, or misleading redirects.
• Fake accounts, purchased votes, coordinated vote manipulation, or attempts to bypass limits.
• Impersonation or unauthorized use of another party's brand or content.

Rankings and featured plans

Organic rankings primarily reflect legitimate votes in a relevant launch period and may include moderation controls. Featured placement is visibly identified and does not purchase votes or guarantee the number-one rank.

Payments and refunds

First Class Launch is a $29 one-time purchase processed by Dodo Payments. A confirmed payment creates one First Class credit for your account. Your next submitted launch automatically uses that credit. A refund removes an unused credit or removes paid First Class status from the launch that used it, when no other valid paid order supports that status. Contact DivvLaunches for billing or refund questions. No recurring plan or subscription is currently sold.

Third-party websites

Listings link to products controlled by third parties. DivvLaunches does not operate, endorse, or take responsibility for their availability, content, security, purchases, or privacy practices. Evaluate them independently.

No performance guarantee

We do not promise traffic, revenue, backlinks, press, customers, continued visibility, or any particular rank. Metrics can change and may be corrected for abuse or errors.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. DivvLaunches may change, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Governing law

These terms and your use of DivvLaunches are governed by the laws of India.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a revised date and communicated when appropriate.
